2024 isn't going to be a year you want to miss at Family Fest as we welcome our biggest festival to date.

Join us on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd June 2024 for our 2024 festival in the heart of the Wimborne countryside at The Meadows (Julians Field), Julians Road, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 1EF.

2024 Early-Bird Tickets

Camping for any 5 people for either tents, caravans or campervans. Festival tickets must be brought seperately. 

Ticket Types:

Our 2024 ticket options have been simplified and we have either day or weekend ticket available for the 2024 festival, for either young people, adults or concessions.

​

Day - A day ticket allows you access to the festival site on either Saturday or Sunday (depending on the day you choose) ONLY. This ticket gives you re-entry until 1 hour before closing on the day of your ticket.

​

Weekend - A weekend ticket allows you access to the festival site on both Saturday and Sunday. This ticket gives you re-entry until 1 hour before closing on the day of your ticket on both days.

​​

Adult Tickets - Adults tickets are for anyone aged 17 or over (as of the 1st of June 2024).

​

Concession Tickets - Concession tickets are for anyeone aged 65 or over (as of the 1st of June 2024)

​

Young People Tickets - Young peoople tickets are for anyone aged 5-16. Our team will check child tickets and may ask for ID, so if your child is aged between 12 and 16, please bring a form of ID with you for the child.

​

Children aged 4 or under (as of the 1st of June 2024) will have access to the festival free of charge and a ticket is not required.​

​

Ticket Agents:

Our 2024 tickets are only available via our website with no third-party sellers. The tickets are also non-transferrable and we will not accept tickets that are under a different name. Our team will do random ticket checks across the day to make sure the tickets are in the correct name.

​

2024 Ticket Terms & Conditions:​

The price of the ticket is per person. Extra charges apply for some activities on site.

​

Tickets are only refundable if we cancel the event. If we postpone the event, we will offer you the chance to carry over your tickets to the new event. You will be given a fixed period in which to tell us you cannot make the new dates and require a refund, after this period we will no longer be liable to refund your tickets.

​

We reserve the right to cancel or close certain parts of the festival on certain grounds. We reserve the right to make alterations to the attractions, activities, music, dates, times, and venue location and introduce restrictions on activity if advised by the government or the local council/ statutory authority. We will not cancel the event on the grounds of poor weather, poor ground conditions, or other limiting factors that do not prevent the event from opening.

We will only ever refund your ticket value and any booking fees or card fees will not be refunded. We will never be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other third-party costs you may have incurred as a result of the cancellation.

​

Covid-19 regulations may apply on-site. The festival will, as always, comply with the health and safety regulations applicable to such events, and if there are additional regulations that are still in force during the period of the festival, we will carry these out and expect all attending to comply where required.​

​

Anyone aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult.​

​

Family Fest will accept well-behaved dogs in our car park and festival site. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and this rule will not be changed at any time. The surrounding fields have sheep livestock within them and no exceptions to this rule will be accepted. You must clear up after your dog. Please note that dogs aren't allowed within the inflatable zone or river at any time. Any owners not sticking to these rules will be asked to leave the event immediately.​

No personal alcohol will be allowed on site. Any breaking this rule will be asked to leave the event site immediately. We will have Challenge25 in place for 2024. ​

​

Please take all the rubbish home with you from the site but where required, please use the bins on site.​

​

Car parking on-site is limited. Please note that when you buy a ticket, you aren't guaranteed a parking space within our on-site car park and we recommend coming by bike, walking, or bus. In the event that the car park is full when you arrive, the nearest parking is available in Wimborne Minster town centre, a 10-minute walk from the site. Car parking will be a minimum donation of £1 which will go directly to our festival charities.

Please do not park on Julian's Road at any time.
