As a festival, we accept one free carer per paying disabled attendee. All carer tickets must be applied for in advance of the festival, by Sunday 25th May 2025 at 8pm at the latest.​ The carer must be at least 16 years old on Friday 30th May 2025, to qualify for the free carer ticket to the festival.

Accepted identification to qualify for the carer ticket is a Blue Badge, Disability Benefit Letter, Certification of Visual Impairment and/or Access Card.​​ This must be the identification of the person who is being cared for, not the carer.

Once the application has been sent, please email us at hello@familyfestdorset.co.uk, with your proof of identification for us to approve the application. Without the identification, we are unable to take the application further.

Any carer will be given the same ticket as purchased by the disabled party (Friday upgrade, day or weekend ticket).

The festival team will be in touch within 21 working days of the application sent to us, with confirmation of whether your application is successful or not successful.
