Family Fest is celebrating its 7th festival in the heart of Wimborne, Dorset and we're looking for artists/bands to be part of making memories that last a lifetime.

Our main aims are to bring together families with great food, music, activities, and a whole load of love across 12 acres of working farmland raising vital funds for our festival charity, Cherry Tree Nursery!

With this in mind, and to raise vital funds for charity, the two options for the artist's opportunities and what's included are below.

Volunteer Basis

​

If you want to help us support Cherry Tree Nursery in raising vital funds, we have the opportunity to give you the space to perform on either our main stage or in our busking area on a volunteer basis. As a thank you for supporting us, we can provide the following:

 

• Entry to Family Fest for the Weekend for you and 5 others

• 2x Drink Vouchers for the artists/each band member

• Travel Reimbursement up to a total of £10 for single artists and £30 for bands

• Opportunity to perform on our main stage or within our busking area

• Included in promotional material including web, social, and print

In past years, performing at Family Fest has allowed artists/bands to grow in a new setting and given further opportunities at other festivals and events in Dorset and beyond.

Paid Opportunity

​

If you are required to be paid to be part of our artists lineup for 2024, we understand fully and we have the opportunity for paid opportunities as well for a limited amount of artists/bands. 

​

You will be paid and allowed access for the artist/each member of the band to the festival for the day you are performing.

If you have been successful, you must confirm acceptance from the confirmation email within 7 working days.

 

If you are successful, you will be emailed within 30 working days of your application via email from hello@familyfestdorset.co.uk.​​

Travel reimbursement or the paid fee will be paid by Friday 21st June 2024.
